Bahiana For a Day welcomes students from Colégio São Paulo

A group of visitors was welcomed by students and professors from the institution in order to present the courses offered by Bahiana.

The program "Bahiana For a Day” was visited by 3rd year students from Colégio São Paulo, on June 7, at the Cabula Academic Unit. Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública.

Students were welcomed by students and professors from the institution with a program that included activities carried out by coordinators, professors and students of the courses at the Bahiana, which allowed them to be in contact with academic life, in addition to getting to know the institution's professors and students.

Also participating in the visit were the coordinator of the Physical Education course, Clarcson Plácido, who presented the course and routine of the Movement Study Laboratory, and the coordinator of the Psychology course, Sylvia Barreto, who discussed myths and truths in this area.

Representing the Medicine course, the monitors of the Morphofunctional Sciences Group presented the Morphofunctional Laboratory and the professor of the Dentistry course, Carmem Oliveira presented the Dental Center at Bahiana Cheers.

On that occasion, first aid activities and demonstration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) were also carried out with the professor of the Nursing course, Tassia Teles. Biomedicine professor Adalardo Carneiro discussed cytology. There were activities with the Academic League of Neonatology and Pediatrics and the Academic League of Physiotherapy in Orthopedics and Sports, carried out by the professor of the Physiotherapy course Gleide Glícia.
