Program Bahiana For a Day welcomes students from Colégio Vitória Régia
The objective is to provide high school students with information about the courses offered by Bahiana.

The program "Bahiana For a Day” was visited by 2nd year students from Colégio Vitória Régia, on April 5, at the Academic Unit Cabula da Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública.
The group of visitors was welcomed by students and professors from the institution with a program that included activities carried out by coordinators, professors and students of the courses at the Bahiana and a circuit was held where students could have contact with a sample of all courses, in addition to getting to know the infrastructure of the Cabula Academic Unit, which allowed students to have contact with academic life, in addition to meeting the institution's professors and students.
Also participating in the visit were the coordinator of the Physical Education course, Clarcson Plácido, who presented the course and routine of the laboratory in sports science, and the Psychology course professor Carolina Aguiar, who discussed myths and truths in this area.
Representing the Medicine course, the monitors from the Morphofunctional Sciences Group presented the morphofunctional laboratory and the administrative supervisor of the Dental Center, Lisia Oliveira, showed how the space under her responsibility works.
On the occasion, there were also experimental activities in electrotherapy, in addition to the assessment of posture, balance and palpatory anatomy, carried out by the professor of the Physiotherapy course, Bruno Góes. Professor Rosicleide Freitas, from the Nursing course, highlighted the importance of early identification of breast cancer and demonstrated the self-examination. Biomedicine professor Sidney Sampaio presented an activity on blood grouping.
