The 8st Psychology Research Seminar in Bahia is being held from today, with the main theme Challenges and Perspectives of Research in Psychology, which opened at 30:XNUMX am, with a lecture on Subjectivity and Complexity of Research in Psychology” , given by professor Fernando González Rey, who is the head of the Puc de Campinas, in São Paulo. At the end of the lecture, he released his latest book “Psychotherapy, Subjectivity and Post-Modernity.” 

You can participate for free in the event that is being held at the Academic Unit of the Psychology Course of the Foundation for the Development of Sciences - FBDC, which is located at Avenida Dom João VI, 275, in Brotas. In the afternoon, two coordinated sessions are scheduled on History and Memory of Psychology in the Public Service with the participation of professors-researchers Marilda Castelar and Nicoleta de Mattos, with Yolanda Bezerra M. Brandão, from Puc, in São Paulo, as guest. THE  another session will deal with Psychology and Community, with professors-researchers Antonieta Araújo and Carla Sampaio, with guest Feizi Milani,  of the Community Health II discipline of the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública.

On the 18th, Friday, there will be 4 coordinated sessions, in the morning on Family and Human Development with professor-researcher Milton Barbosa and guest Ana Cecília Bastos, from FFCH / UFBA. The other on Culture and Citizenship with professor-researcher Mirela Figueiredo and guest Miriã Alcântara, from Unirb. In the afternoon, the session on Mind and Consciousness, with professor-researchers Luciene Lessa and guest Maribel Barreto, from CEPPEV, and finally, the last session on Complexity, Mind,  Assessment and Mental Health: An Interface between Physics and Psychology with professor-researcher Henrique de Morais and guest José Garcia.
