2nd NURSING DAY DISCUSSES VALUE OF THE PROFESSION
Nursing is Worth a Life. This was the central theme of the 2nd Nursing Conference that the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública promoted between May 28 and 30, at the Academic Unit of Cabula.
Open to society, the event brought together nursing professionals and academics who, during the three days, participated in educational activities such as workshops on "Healing" and "Systematization of Nursing Care" and courses such as "Alternative Practices - Acupuncture" and “Violence against women - A look at health”.
The program also included the conference “Death in the development of the life cycle” and the theater play “Endemics and Epidemics 'Tragedies in the history of humanity'”, which had in the cast the very Nursing students from Bahiana.
