CEDETE broadcasts NUTEDS webconference

The Center for Technologies and Distance Education in Health (NUTEDS) of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) will hold, on January 26, at 11:XNUMX am, the web conference "Education in Biomedical Informatics: The State of the Art in Portugal and Brazil" , at its Faculty of Medicine, which will be broadcast in the videoconference room of the Educational Technologies Development Center of the Bahiana (CEDETE), in the coordination of the Bahiana, Av. Dom João VI, nº 274, Brotas.

The initiative is part of the strategy for the creation of the Special Interest Groups (SIGs) of the Telemedicine University Network (RUTE Network) entitled “Education in Biomedical Informatics” and will be taught by Professor Ricardo João Cruz Correia, professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Porto, Portugal.

 The purpose of the event is to foster the debate on biomedical informatics in Brazil, based on the Portuguese university, which has a specific department for the creation, dissemination and application of knowledge in the areas of biostatistics, bioethics and medical informatics, in addition to the Center for Research in Health Technologies and Services.
