For the event coordinator, Prof.ª Karine de Souza, the collective effort is a health and well-being activity for the population. "We think about health in its entirety, not only in physical health, but in the lack of this population in various services", says Karine, explaining that the work was conceived by Professor André Luiz Peixinho, coordinator of the internship and founder of CCVP. “We are having success and success, as we involve the entire population of Pau da Lima, teachers from Bahiana, young people and women from the community who are agents of Vida Plena, giving a special character to the activity”.

The actions were developed by CCVP multidisciplinary teams and sought to expand and strengthen the level of information about HTLV in partnership with the HTLVida Association. Throughout the day, conversation circles were established with the participants in an interactive way. On the occasion, kits were distributed with an informative folder on HTLV, male and female condoms and request for HTLV serology.

Also to be part of the programming, the assistance actions developed at the Integrative and Multidisciplinary Center of HTVL of the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública and the need for the implementation of a care network by the state and municipal management that will add to the "care" assumed by the HTLV Center.
