Extension Course in First Aid

Academics from all health courses in the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública and from other faculties will be able to enroll in the Extension Course in First Aid which will be held on October 28 and 29 at the Academic Units Cabula and Brotas da Bahiana. It is noteworthy that, from the Medicine course, only those who are studying from the 3rd semester onwards will be able to enroll.

The purpose of the program is to provide participants with a review of the main themes of the first aid course, in addition to making this knowledge accessible to academics of the Bahiana and from the health area of ​​other colleges and universities that do not have this curricular component. It also intends to transmit to the academic community the knowledge taught in the curricular component of First Aid, restricted to the first semester of the Medicine course at Bahiana in a theoretical and practical way, with updated content in accordance with the new Guidelines and guidelines available.
