XVI Scientific and Cultural Exhibition - Works approved for presentation

It is with great satisfaction that we disclose the list of works approved for presentation in the XVI Scientific and Cultural Exhibition. Paper presentations will take place on the two days of the event, as shown in the table below.

ATTENTION: According to regulation, all approved extension works that were submitted for oral presentation were relocated to TALK ROADS. Soon, the guidelines for presentation in this modality will be released.


POSTER
All poster presentations will be in digital format (e-poster). Below are the files with the template and guidelines for saving the file. Each presenter must take their work in JPEG, according to the tutorial below, saved on a pen-drive. There will be eight minutes for the presentation of each work, with another two minutes for discussion by the evaluators.

Each totem corresponds to the television panel on which your work will be played. We recommend that presenters go to their respective panels in advance to insert presentations. The presentations will be divided into two shifts: from 10:30 am to 12:12 pm and from 13:30 pm to XNUMX:XNUMX pm.

ORAL PRESENTATION
Presenters will have 10 minutes to present their work, with another 10 minutes reserved for discussion and discussion. It is recommended that the presenter attends the presentation room with their material, except on a pen-drive, according to the model provided below.

CIRCLES OF CONVERSATION
Each round of conversation will last from five to ten minutes and will be coordinated by a mediator, who will lead the discussion. The resources to be used for this modality will be the responsibility of the authors. In the space, projector and computer will be made available.
