Nursing Course at Bahiana promotes Supervised Internship Welcoming and Integration Week
Programming aims to promote a reflection on ethical and humanistic conduct in comprehensive care to citizens.

From the 18th to the 21st of July, the Welcoming and Integration Week of the Supervised Internship, at the Cabula Academic Unit of Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública.
The program brought together students from the 8th and 9th semesters of the Nursing course and all professors from the supervised internship, aiming to encourage a reflection on ethical and humanistic conduct in comprehensive care to citizens. On the occasion, students were invited to reflect on the world of work, taking into account aspects such as: teamwork, entrepreneurship, proactivity, among others.

During the activities, dramatization strategies were used to discuss the importance of communication in the multidisciplinary team, in addition to a workshop on the world of work, which included a discussion on ethics, professional posture, job interview, dynamics of the selection process and profile. from nurses to the labor market. The workshop was attended by the Human Resources consultant, Jacqueline Oliveira, the sanitary nurse Alexandro Gesner, the nurse and manager of Hospital 2 de Julho, Jamile Lira, and graduates of the 2016.1 course from Bahiana.
