students of Bahiana come together in leadership development, time management and organization training.

On August 23, from 17 pm to 21 pm, training in leadership development, time management and organization of meetings takes place at the Academic Unit Brotas da Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública.

The program brings together student leaders from the different semesters of the undergraduate courses and aims to promote a meeting with student representatives, encouraging the development of these leaders, as well as discussing ways to better manage the time for studies and organize meetings with the coordinators of the courses, pedagogical supervisors, selected teachers and students.

The meetings of the grade councils follow the academic schedule, and student representatives are elected from among their peers to improve the performance of the parties involved in favor of improving the quality of teaching.
