JIU JITSU workshop

On March 15, the “JIU JITSU Workshop: sport as a transforming agent” was held, promoted as an extension activity of the Physical Education course, at the Cabula da Academic Unit Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública.
The program brought together students and employees of the Bahiana with the objective of presenting jiu jitsu as a social transformative element and the health benefits of this sport, encouraging participants to adopt a physically active lifestyle.
