Bahiana Form 1st Specialization Class in Homeopathy

On March 5th, the graduation of the first Homeopathy Specialization class was held at the Academic Unit Brotas da Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública.

The course is the only one regulated in Bahia and aims to enable dentists and physicians to practice homeopathy, training health professionals with ethical and humanistic values, prepared for basic and comprehensive care.

The course lasts for three years and runs in monthly classes at the Academic Unit Brotas and in fortnightly outpatient clinics, at the Teaching-Assistance Outpatient Clinic of Bahiana (ADAB).

Within the program, there are the themes Philosophy and History, Clinic and Therapeutics, Pharmacology, Materia Medica, Integral Medicine, Management and Primary Care, Research Methodology, Ambulatory, Family.
