Necessary Documents (Copies - only for scholarship students):
- Card (Monitoring student savings or current – ​​Banco Bradesco)
- ID
- CPF
- Proof of address

Note:
1. To sign the Term of Grant, monitor students must have / open a checking or savings account at Banco Bradesco.
2. To sign the Adhesion Terms, it will not be necessary to present documents.
