We are starting our Institutional Self-Assessment process, via WEB, for the 2015.2 academic period.XNUMX. The evaluation questionnaires are already available on the Teacher Portal. They will need to be answered, from this date until 07/02/2016. Your opinion is essential to our continuous improvement process.

To access the questionnaires, follow the guidelines below:

1. On the home page of the Bahiana, click on the banner of Teacher's Portal;

2. Login - your username for access or password recovery is the full institutional email;

3. Click on the QUESTIONNAIRES link and answer the surveys from Teacher Self-Assessment, Class Assessment by the Teacher e Academic Structure and Services Assessment.

Get in touch with the CPA, through the email suporte-cpa@bahiana.edu.br, to solve any problems regarding the visualization of questionnaires and/or classes.
