PET - Social Wheel: LGBT Achievements and Access to Health Services

On October 28th, the PET RODA SOCIAL will be promoted at the Faculty of Management Sciences of Bahia (UNICENID) at 19:30 pm.

The program will be open to the public with the aim of debating access to health services by groups of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transvestites and Transgender (LGBT) and their achievements.

The event will have as its theme "Access to health services for LGBT groups" and will be characterized as a symposium of conferences with the participation of different personalities, in different professional areas. The guests will bring as agenda the debate about the challenges and achievements observed by the LGBT public, as well as the change in the current paradigm. Among the invited participants are journalist Rita Batista, sociologist Caio Cerqueira, Father Alfredo Dórea and Member of the National Council for Combating LGBT Discrimination, Keila Simpson.

60 places will be made available and the registration period will be until October 28, through the donation of 400gr of whole powdered milk, to support social activities developed by the PET-ODONTO Group, from Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública.
