Bahiana conducts course with the theme "The fundamentals of OPENEHR"

The fundamentals of OPENEHR will be the theme of the course taught by Prof. Gustavo Bacelar (Faculty of Medicine – University of Porto), on August 21 from 16:30 pm to 18:30 pm, at the Academic Unit Brotas da Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública.

The course's target audience is professors and undergraduate and graduate students, whose objective is to make participants aware of the need to know new technologies. 40 places will be made available and registration is open until the 20th of August.

OPENEHR is a set of open specifications for Electronic Health Records and its content is also used for the creation of clinical content models (such as ISO 13.606), with the main advantage of providing the exchange of clinical information between systems without loss of content .
