Program "Being Bahiana for a day" receives students from Colégio Anchieta

The program “Being Bahiana for a day” was visited by students from Colégio Anchieta, on May 27, at the Academic Unit.

The program seeks to support the colleges' professional guidance work, providing students with information about the courses offered by Bahiana and contact with the institution's academic environment.

A group of 51 students, accompanied by the high school advisor at Colégio Anchieta, Elizangela Santos, attended lectures given by professors of Medicine (Prof. Eliana de Paula Santos), Dentistry (Prof. Urbino da Rocha Tunes) courses. Biomedicine (Prof. Geraldo José Argôlo Ferraro), Psychology (Prof. Sylvia Maria Barreto da Silva) and Physical Education (Prof. Clarcson Plácido Conceição dos Santos).

The meeting was hosted by the pedagogue of the Pedagogical Supervision Nucleus of Bahiana, Marcia Assis, and the assistants of the Institutional Relationship Center, Queise Bahia and Mônica Carvalho.

At the end of the program, the students took a guided tour of the anatomy laboratory at Bahiana, with the support of the embalmer Evaldo Jesus dos Santos.
