Period for signing the Terms of Adhesion and Grant 2015.2
Deadline extended until 07/08/15.

Location: Academic Secretary - UA Brotas and UA Kabula

Necessary Documents (Copies - only for scholarship students):
- Card (Monitoring student's savings account or checking account – Banco Bradesco)
- ID
- CPF
- Proof of address

Note:
1. To sign the Term of Grant, monitor students must have/open a checking or savings account at Banco Bradesco.
2. To sign the Adhesion Terms, it will not be necessary to present documents.
