Psychology professors and HR collaborators at Bahiana participate in the 9th CONPSI

experience of Bahiana is shared in a congress that brought together psychology professionals from the North-Northeast.

From May 13th to 16th, employees of the Human Resources department of Bahiana, professors of the Psychology course and psychologists of the Psychology Service of the Teaching-Care Clinic of Bahiana participated in the 9th North/Northeast Psychology Congress - CONPSI. The event took place at the Bahia Convention Center and is organized by the Regional Council of Psychology - 3rd Region - BA, in partnership with the recently created North-Northeast Psychology Association and with the Psychology Institute of UFBA.

The program included conferences, oral communication sessions, round tables, experience reports, symposium and poster session. 

Professors of the Psychology course were actively present, integrating the activities:

Aicill Franco – Professional Roundtable: Analytical Psychology: teaching and research.

eliana edington e Sylvia Barreto – Experience Report: Pre-professional practices with psychology students from the 1st to the 6th semester.

Leda Lessa – Oral Communication: The analyst's work in the public mental health institution: discourses and challenges.

Marilda Castelar – Academic Roundtable: Communication, Ethics, Psychology and Subjectivities; Poster: Racism and Whiteness in the professional practice of white and black psychologists.

Monica Daltro - Oral Communication: Graduation in Psychology: experience of transformation in the world view, of oneself and of the other.

Nadia Matos - Experience Report: Multiprofessional approach: the contribution of psychology in the construction of an interdisciplinary perspective; Experience Report: The psychologist in primary care: the experience in a family health residency; Experience Report: Internship in health in primary care: proposing qualified psychologist training for Brazilian society; Experience Report: Psychology in primary health care: organizing a teaching-care service.

Myla Arouca e Rosenir Alcantara - Experience Report: Graduates Program: clinical improvement experience.

The Human Resources department of Bahiana also participated in the 9th CONPSI, sharing knowledge through experience reporting sessions: 

Telma Bastos - People management model by competences and PCD Insertion Program;

Itana Rocha - Model and challenges for the implementation of the job, salaries and remuneration plan based on competences;

Allana Machado - Selection by skills;

Fernanda Gaspar - Presentation of an experience in the development of competence focused on results - Lost on the island.

Aline Milk - Presentation of the young apprentice program.

Clayton Almeida - Performance evaluation by competence.
