The work was carried out with members of the Cardiovascular and Respiratory Physiotherapy Research Group at Bahiana, carried out in partnership with the Hospital Cardiopulmonar, in Salvador and was part of the Doctoral thesis of Prof. Dr. Cristiane Dias. The study verified the impact of the acute coronary event (infarction and angina) on the quality of life of patients after being discharged from the hospital. The results showed that feeling pain, malaise, anxiety and depression were the sensations that patients had the most after the illness. The article can be accessed in full on the journal's page, which is open to the public.
