Addendum FIES 2/2010
Exclusively for students who signed a FIES contract with Caixa, referring to the first semester of 2010.

PERIOD - MONTH OF DECEMBER ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:
06, 07, 09, 10, 13/12 (from 13:16 pm to 30:XNUMX pm)
14 pm (from 7 am to 12 pm)
15/16 and 12/13 (from 16:30 pm to XNUMX:XNUMX pm)
LOCATION: Academic Unit Brotas
WHO MAKES THE AMENDMENT: Only the student, upon presentation of proof of enrollment.
FIES registrations
Students interested in participating in Fies can register, but must follow the guidelines below.
IMPORTANT
Before starting the registration:
1. We ask that all students provide documentation because the deadline for attending the Social Services (Academic Unit Brotas) is up to 10 (ten) days, counted from the day immediately following the conclusion of your registration;
2. Carefully read Normative Ordinance No. 10, of April 30, 2010 (attached);
3. Check the necessary documents through the List of Documents (attached).
To register, go to http://sisfiesportal.mec.gov.br
Inform:
1. The correct student data;
2. All group members;
3. The number of semesters completed correctly;
4. The gross income of all group members;
5. Income earned from rented property, as rents received from leasing property and other assets are considered income;
6. The value of the semester correctly.
After completing your registration:
1. Call the Social Service (3276-8273) to schedule the day and time to validate your information on Social Services;
2. The student must appear on the scheduled day and time with documentation (original and photocopy) to prove the information on the registration form;
3. Students who do not show up at the scheduled time and day for delivery of documents will have their registration cancelled.
Days available for receiving documents:
December 07th and 14th (last day)
Student and guarantor(s) will be required to be properly registered.
