In accordance with Article 4 of MTE ORDINANCE No. 3.714, OF NOVEMBER 24, 2023, which regulates DECREE No. 11.795, OF NOVEMBER 23, 2023, the Bahiana presents complete information about the Transparency and Equal Pay Report for Women and Men for the first half of 2024.

The reports present data from 2022 and are demonstrated by CNPJ. The results show that women have higher average salaries compared to men. It is important to highlight that the Bahiana, is a predominantly female institution, with 60% women on its staff. The occupation of leadership and senior leadership roles is even higher, with 72% of women in these positions. 62% of the teaching staff are women. This percentage increases to 68% when it comes to full-time work, with proportionally higher salaries depending on the workload. Some CNPJs have fewer than three women or three men in the aforementioned group analyzed, therefore, they were not included in some results. The full reports follow.
