External Transfer (Medicine, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Biomedicine and Dentistry) and Special Enrollment (Psychology, Physiotherapy, Biomedicine and Dentistry).

THE SCHOOL BAHIANA MEDICINE AND PUBLIC HEALTH informs interested parties about the opening of PRE-REGISTRATION for the SELECTION PROCESS FOR TRANSFER 2010.2 (Art. 49 of Law 9.394, of 20/12/96) aimed at filling vacancies for the transfer of regular students enrolled in HEIs authorized or recognized by the Brazilian government, to pursue studies in the respective course, according to the conditions set out below:

I - Vacancies

The vacancies offered will be for:

• 2nd and 3rd grades of the MEDICINE Course.
• 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades of the PHYSIOTHERAPY Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the DENTISTRY Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the PSYCHOLOGY Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semesters of the BIOMEDICINE Course and 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semesters of the NURSING Course.

A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública will inform the number of vacancies for the respective course/semester/year when disclosing the list of interested parties whose applications have been admitted to the REGISTRATION stage in the Transfer Selection Process.

Transfer requests from interested parties who are submitted to the PBL methodology in the IES of origin will not be accepted.

II - Pre-Registration

- Psychology, Physiotherapy, Biomedicine, Nursing and Dentistry (Av. D. João VI, 274, Brotas - General Coordination)

DATE: June 14th to 16th, 2010

HOURS: from 08:30 am to 11:00 am and from 14:30 pm to 17:00 pm

III - Documentation for Pre-Registration

The request for pre-registration to transfer, to continue studies in the same course, will be accompanied by the following documents: I - copy of the authenticated identity card and declaration that the student is regularly enrolled in the HEI of origin with an indication of the nature of course; II - document evidencing the regular functioning of the course at the HEI of origin as to authorization or recognition by the competent Brazilian authority; III - academic record, including grades of subjects referring to the semester or year just completed IV - form provided by the IES of origin containing the breakdown of curricular subjects into subjects, indicating the workload and number of credits; V - syllabuses of the subjects attended, with their workloads and number of credits, duly authenticated by the HEI of origin.

IV - Pre-Registration Results

A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública, after the period reserved for pre-enrollment, after analyzing the documentation related to the academic record, including the notes for the semester or the year just attended, will publish the list of applicants who have their applications admitted to the enrollment stage in the Process Selective for the Physiotherapy and Psychology courses, in the the 18st of June 2010 and for the courses of Medicine, Biomedicine, Nursing and Dentistry, in the the 28st of June 2010, on the Bahiana, (www.bahiana.edu.br).

V - Registration

Enrollment in the Transfer Selection Process of those who have their requests accepted at the pre-enrollment stage for courses Physiotherapy and Psychology must be done on the day June 21st, 2010 and for the courses of Medicine, Biomedicine, Nursing and Dentistry must be done on the day June 29st, 2010, at Av. D. João VI, 274, Brotas (General Coordination).  

VI - Evaluation

The evaluation for the courses of Physiotherapy and Psychology will be held at the 28st of June 2010 and the evaluation for the courses of Medicine, Biomedicine, Nursing and Dentistry No. July 1, 2010, in a place to be published on the website of the Bahiana (www.bahiana.edu.br).

VII - Result of the Selective Process for External Transfer

The results for the courses of Physiotherapy and Psychology will be released on the day June 30st, 2010 and for the courses of Medicine, Biomedicine, Nursing and Dentistry, No. July 07, 2010, on the Bahiana (www.bahiana.education).
