PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THE SELECTIVE TRANSFER PROCESS 2009.1 - DENTISTRY, PHYSIOTHERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, PSYCHOLOGY, BIOMEDICINE AND NURSING

THE SCHOOL  BAHIANA OF MEDICINE AND PUBLIC HEALTH communicates to interested parties the opening of the PRE-REGISTRATION protocols for SELECTIVE TRANSFER PROCESS 2009.1 (Art. 49 of Law 9.394, of 20/12/96) FOR COURSES OF DENTISTRY, PHYSIOTHERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, PSYCHOLOGY, BIOMEDICINE AND NURSING aimed at filling vacancies for the transfer of regular students, enrolled in HEIs authorized or recognized by the Brazilian government, to continue their studies in the respective course, according to the following conditions: 

I - VACATIONS

The vacancies offered will be for: 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade of the Physiotherapy Course; 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade of the Occupational Therapy Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th semester of the Dentistry Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th, 7th and 8th semester of the Psychology Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th semester of the Biomedicine Course and 2nd, 3rd and 4th semester of the Nursing Course. THE Escola Bahiana de medicina e Saúde Pública  will inform the number of vacancies for the respective course/semester/year when disclosing the list of interested parties whose applications have been admitted to the REGISTRATION stage in the Transfer Selection Process, the date of which will then be communicated to interested parties.

II - PRE-REGISTRATION

PLACE: Av. D. João VI, 274, Brotas (General Coordination);
TIME COURSE:  January 05th to 08th, 2009, from 08:30 am to 11:00 am and from 14:30 pm to 17:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

III - PRE-REGISTRATION DOCUMENTATION

The application for pre-registration to transfer, to continue studies in the same course, will be accompanied by the following documents:  I - copy of the authenticated identity card and declaration that the student is regularly enrolled in the IES of origin, indicating the nature of the course;  II. document evidencing the regular functioning of the course at the HEI of origin regarding authorization or recognition by the competent Brazilian authority;  III. academic record of subjects referring to the semester or year just attended  IV - form provided by the IES of origin containing the breakdown of curricular subjects into subjects, indicating the workload and number of credits;  V - syllabuses of the subjects attended, with the respective workloads and number of credits, duly authenticated by the IES of origin.

IV - PRE-REGISTRATION RESULT

A  Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública, after the period reserved for pre-enrollment, after analyzing the documentation related to the academic record, it will publish the list of applicants who have their applications accepted at the stage of enrollment in the Selection Process.

V - REGISTRATION

A  Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública will communicate to interested parties the period in which the enrollment in the Transfer Selection Process must be carried out for those who have their requests accepted in the pre-enrollment stage.
