Biomedicine Fair takes place at Bahiana

On July 26, the Bahiana holds the Biomedicine Fair at the Cabula Academic Unit. The program is an initiative of the Biomedicine course and will bring together students from the 1st semester of the course and students from the 3rd year of high school from the public and private network, with the objective of providing an experience of practical activities inherent to the various areas of biomedical qualification, among they are clinical and cytopathological analyses, bioimaging, acupuncture, aesthetics and hemotherapy. On that occasion, the residents of the Amazonas Community will also participate in the event in order to raise their awareness of the professional activities performed by the biomedical professional.

Throughout the fair, the activities carried out will provide participants with information about health, self-care and prevention of injuries and illnesses, in addition to establishing an exchange of experience between students of the 1st and 6th semester of the Biomedicine course.
