More speed, range, safety and practicality. Developed for the international education and research community, eduroam – the new Wi-Fi network from Bahiana – connects its users to a universe of experiences and knowledge.

The initiative allows students, researchers and teams from participating institutions to obtain internet connectivity through wireless connection in any location that offers the service.

Launched in Brazil in 2012, eduroam already brings together institutions from approximately 60 countries. In addition to security, the network brings the benefit of its integration into the Federated Academic Community (CAFe).

Access and login
Secure and wireless internet access via eduroam is achieved without the need for multiple logins and passwords. After registering on the service base, followed by configuring the user's computer to connect to the network, it is possible to access the web from any service provider in the world. 

To access the eduroam, use the same login and password as the Student or Teacher Portal.
