The former students were received in the main auditorium with the words of the course coordinator, Prof. Maria de Lourdes Freitas Gomes, who presented the initiative's objective to promote a continuity of professional training, a constant concern of Bahiana. According to her, "it is important for us to continue this monitoring, as it is still a stage in the professional training of these people".

The program included a lecture by the coordinator of People Development at Hospital Aliança, Cristina Soares, who addressed the theme “Overview of the Labor Market for Nursing Professionals”. In her speech, Cristina told a little about her professional trajectory and highlighted as a determining factor for professional success her constant qualification, “which must always be updated. We don't have a choice. The market is there, there are many people and companies and hospitals demand experience and qualification”.

The second lecture given on the morning of the meeting was “The Professional Curriculum and the Interview – How to be a Differentiated Professional” presented by consultant Marta Vila Flor. The program also included the participation of the manager of the Institutional Relationship Center of the Bahiana, Fabiana Perin who, on the occasion, presented the new Alumni Portal Bahiana.
