The Medicine course of Bahiana held, in February, the OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) or Objective and Structured Evaluation of Clinical Performance, for approximately 250 students who are in pre-internship or internship, on different dates. The OSCE makes it possible to assess the cognitive domain, attitudes and essential skills for the training of general practitioners.

This evaluation format requires the mobilization of a large part of the community. In addition to the participation of nearly a hundred professors from the Bahiana, of several students from other semesters who acted as monitors and simulated patients, the presence of professional actors from the Companhia de Teatro Griô is also worth mentioning. The support of NUSP, SAAP, Labens and ADAB's technical-administrative staff were essential for everything to flow as planned.

"The differential of this assessment is that it has a formative character. It improves and contributes to the student's training. One of the important points is the immediate feedback so that the student knows what was right and what was wrong, being able to identify what needs to be done dedicate more to improving their training", explains the coordinator of the Medicine course at Bahiana, Dr. Humberto de Castro Lima Filho.

Among the innovations in this edition, the Escape Room, an immersive thematic room with puzzles and challenges, in which the player is the character and needs to escape within a certain period of time, was one of the moments of relaxation and learning for students and teachers.
