NEAD promotes a lecture with the theme "Towards the digital hospital"

How far will the use of technology in the hospital environment go? Can the existence of a digital hospital be realized? These are the questions that the new edition of the online lecture cycle of the Distance Learning Nucleus of Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública (NEAD) will respond. The class will take place on September 17, at 20 pm, in a virtual room to be informed, by email, to those registered and will have as speaker Dr. Cláudio Giulliano Alves da Costa, Master in Health Informatics, by the State University of Campinas (Unicamp).

About the speaker:

Dr. Cláudio Giulliano Alves da Costa is a physician, Master in Health Informatics, by Unicamp, certified in Health Information Systems Management, by the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and also HIMSS Certified Consultant. He has worked in hospitals, health plans, Information Technology (IT) companies and in the public sector. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Health Informatics of the Federal Council of Medicine, former president of the Brazilian Society of Health Informatics (SBIS) and, currently, his challenge is to lead FOLKS – Consultancy and Training in Health Informatics.
