THE STATE COMMISSION ON MULTIPROFESSIONAL RESIDENCE AND PROFESSIONAL HEALTH IN THE STATE OF BAHIA (CEREMAPS), in partnership with the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), Federal University of Vale do São Francisco (UNIVASF), Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública, Sociedade HÓLON, Instituto Sócrates Guanaes, Institute of Collective Health/UFBA and Irmã Dulce Social Works, announces that it will carry out the Unified Selection Process for admission to Multiprofessional Residency Programs and Professional Health Areas in the following areas: 

• Maxillofacial Surgery
• Intensive Nursing
• Pneumofunctional Physiotherapy
• Clinical Nutrition
• Clinical Psychology and Mental Health
• Public Health
• Multiprofessional Residency in Family Health and Mental Health
• Multiprofessional Residency in Maternal and Child Health
• Multiprofessional Hospital Residency in Health

These aimed at professionals who graduated from undergraduate courses in:

• Biology
• Biomedicine
• Social Sciences
• Artistic education
• PE
• Nursing
• Drugstore
• Physiotherapy

• Psychology

1-VACATIONS:

2- REGISTRATION:
a) Modalidade: via internet, pelo site www.consultec.com.br;
b) Período: de 23/01/2010 a 02/02/2010;
c) Valor da taxa: R$ 170,00(cento e setenta reais) paga por boleto bancário.

3- SELECTION:
a) Prova de Conhecimentos - dia 28/02/2010(domingo), das 09h00min às 13h00min e Avaliação do Memorial e do Currículo: que será realizada no período de 31/03 a 10/04/2010, obedecendo à distribuição e calendário a serem divulgados no dia 23/03/2010;
b) Documentos: Os candidatos classificados na Prova de Conhecimentos deverão encaminhar por meio de SEDEX para a CAIXA POSTAL 7030, Pituba, CEP 41 810-971, Salvador/BA, no período de 19 a 22/03/2010, cópias autenticadas em Cartório dos seguintes documentos: Cédula de Identidade; Diploma de Graduação ou Atestado de Conclusão do Curso; Memorial (com dados pessoais/escolaridade/experiência em estágios/atividades profissionais/trabalhos de comunidade e trabalhos voluntários e de extensão universitária, perspectivas de inserção profissional) e Currículo.
