Scholarship Selection
The purpose of granting scholarships in Postgraduate Programs is to train highly qualified human resources, in addition to strengthening the programs by expanding their scientific base. In this way, the aim is to provide Stricto Sensu Postgraduate students with adequate conditions for the development of their research activities.
Currently, the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Programs of Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública (EBMSP) receive grants from the Bahia Research Foundation (FAPESB) for the Medicine and Human Health, Professional in Technologies and Health and Professional in Psychology and Health Interventions Programs, from the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) for the Medicine and Human Health Program, and from the Maria Emília Foundation for the Medicine and Human Health, Professional in Technologies and Health and Professional in Psychology and Health Interventions Programs. The rules for the implementation, suspension and cancellation of grants are governed by the respective funding agencies.
