Results – NIDD

The NIDD achieves significant results in pedagogical training, being the Pedagogical Forum of Bahiana one of its main activities, bringing together the academic community to reflect on teaching and innovation. It carries out several actions to meet the pedagogical needs of undergraduate courses; it promotes, every six months, a course for new teachers and tutors of the Bahiana and provides a Virtual Learning Environment with tutorials, articles and information that contribute to the day-to-day teaching and preceptorship. It collaborates with the International Journal of Education and Health (IJEH), from the Portal Bahiana Journals, which reinforces the team's commitment to research and updating knowledge in education and health.

Pedagogical Forum

The Pedagogical Forum of Bahiana, held for the first time in 2001, is the moment to summarize these actions developed by the program throughout the year, enabling the dissemination of academic, scientific, didactic-pedagogical, technological, artistic and cultural productions of teachers, promoting the socialization of institutional projects, encouraging discussions in the format of round tables, conferences, conversation circles and training in workshops, with the participation of national and international guests, in addition to also providing a space for socializing with exchanges of experiences and playful, artistic and welcoming moments among teachers.

During the event, the Golden Butterfly Award is presented, an award that was established in 2011, in recognition of innovative and entrepreneurial pedagogical actions, granted to those who stand out.
