A few meters from the Campus Brotas, the General Coordinator is located in a central neighborhood of the city. The building houses the institution's Rectory, as well as our Management and Quality Center (NGQ) and our Planning Advisory Board (ASPLAN).&nbsp; In the Coordination's gardens, there is a bronze statue of the late Professor Humberto de Castro Lima, former general coordinator of the FBDC. It is an environment surrounded by nature and historical landmarks of our academic community. Here, our students can contact the Institutional Academic Relationship and Internationalization Center (REAI) and the Research Ethics Committee (CEP). The General Coordination also includes the Distance Learning Nucleus (NEAD), the Educational Technologies Development Center (CEDETE), the Communication and Marketing Nucleus (NUCOM), the Evaluation Committee (CPA) and the Department of Infrastructure (DEPIN).
 In this building are also located the Commercial and People Development, Administrative and Financial, Legal, Communication and Marketing, Institutional Development and Social Impact Business coordinations.

With three pavilions and a modern structure, this campus is located in a central neighborhood of the Bahian capital. Are 7 laboratories, 23 rooms of class e 2 auditoriums to provide the ideal environment for academic and social development. Also on Campus Brotas, students, teachers, employees and the external public have access to a complete library with comfortable facilities and an up-to-date collection. Surrounded by a vast green area, this campus has 20 laboratories, 37 classrooms e 3 auditoriums. The library is also open to the outside community, with comfortable spaces for reading, studying and socializing. The environment has a modern and complete infrastructure, ample parking and social center with cafeteria. The Cabula Campus is also home to the Dental Center of Bahiana, where the Teaching-Care Outpatient Clinic is located, a field of practice for the quality training of dentistry students, from the 4th semester of the course, under the supervision of professors and has ability to serve up to 120 patients simultaneously. The art of poetry was celebrated once again in Bahiana, with the holding of the VII Poetry Circuit, which this year took place from March 14 to 18 in remote format. The Circuit started on March 14, in honor of the birthday of the Bahian poet Castro Alves. The action, which takes place annually, is an initiative of the Center for Psychopedagogical Attention of the Bahiana (NAPP). Collaborators and teachers recited poems by themselves and by Brazilian and foreign authors, whose recording, on video, was presented in classrooms by teachers and sent to managers in all areas, throughout the week, in addition to having a <a style="color: #3598db; text-decoration: underline;" href="https://bit.ly/EB7poesia" target="_blank" rel="noopener">playlist</a> Special. The video exhibition was released on the institution's official YouTube channel. The videos were edited by collaborator Renata Berenstein, a psychologist at NAPP. “To circulate poetry in classrooms, workspaces and social networks is to encourage more lightness, more art and more love in our lives. It's health promotion!”, declared the NAPP manager, Angélica Mendes. Result of the Selection of Research Productivity Scholarships FUNADESP/BAHIANA - Notice No. 01/2022

The Committee Bahiana Green promotes organic compost donation action in March, at Campus Brotas and at Campus Cabula, with the aim of drawing the attention of students, professors and employees of Bahiana to change ideas in favor of sustainability. With the return of classes in person, the initiative also aims to sensitize the community to the need to reduce the production of waste, encouraging the habit of recycling and home composting. The action seeks to increase the visibility of the School's environmental policy, involving the academic community in the actions of the Bahiana Green. In particular, it presents the Program to freshmen, favoring their setting in a creative and loving way. "The period during the pandemic, when everyone was further away, also served to reflect on environmental issues more constantly", explained Alana Araújo, from the administrative sector of the Library and who is helping the action. Therefore, at this time of recovery, the campaign reinforces the positive message in relation to the environment and promotes contact with nature. The kits donated to students, teachers and employees in the technical-administrative area contain 1 kg of organic fertilizer, resulting from the collection of leaves and fruits from the green areas of the Bahiana during the period of the pandemic. 24m³ of compost was produced, which corresponds to two earthen buckets. Arranged in windrows on the Cabula Campus, the constant collection of organic material will enable the installation of permanent donation points throughout the school year. In the first week, around 900 kits were distributed on both campuses. The composting campaign also makes an analogy to planting new ideas and a new beginning, so the stand of Bahiana Green, installed in the institution's courtyards, makes the fertilizers available to all interested parties, so that they can get closer, get to know the action and feel free to participate in the initiative. The next days of the campaign will be: March 16th and 18th.

The initiative aims to draw the attention of the community of Bahiana to change ideas in favor of sustainability.

Proof of this is the Poetry Circuit, an event coordinated by NAAP - Núcleo de Atenção Psicopedagógica, which, this year, reaches its seventh edition and takes place between March 14th and 18th, in online format, presenting authorial poetry. and big names recited by our talented teachers and collaborators.
