Games and playful interaction activities make up the MCC program

With the proposal to develop health promotion activities and playful interaction between parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren, uncles and nephews of employees of the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública, the Playful Interaction Tent operated during the second day of activities of the Scientific and Cultural Exhibition of Bahiana (MCC).

     
In space, participant observation and the technique of playing were developed, which is responsible for the humanization process through playful activities. The professor of the Curriculum Component of Research and Investigation Techniques in Psychology, coordinator of the tent, Izabella Queiroz, says that the proposal also has a therapeutic nature, in the sense of rescuing the child hidden in each one of them. "We live today in a time when playing is far removed from the daily lives of families and, when this space is thought of, it works more around electronics, than reminiscences, remembering childhood activities, that each one can So, in this sense, we tried to recover a little of what we do together, father, mother, son and grandparents”.

General services assistant Nadja Ferreira took the opportunity to take her granddaughter, Clara Vitória, to participate in the playful interaction activities. The two painted, played with modeling clay and she praised the initiative: “I thought it was really good! It's a way for us to get closer together, because, at home, we just watch television”.
