This Friday, all mothers - students, servants, teachers or the local community - will be able to participate in an experimental Pilates class (ActivePilates) or Self Defense (Physical and Health Ed Program), in addition to an auriculoacupuncture session (Semdor Clinic) or Quick Massage (Onodera).
 
This is another initiative of the Physical Education and Health Program of Bahiana, which, through physical and sports activities, promotes integration and well-being for everyone.
