Sickle Cell Anemia Symposium

A Academic League of Sickle Cell Disease celebrates one year of existence in May 2012 and, to celebrate, the LADF family will hold the I Academic Symposium on Sickle Cell Disease - Multidisciplinary Care for People with Sickle Cell Disease. The event will take place at the Cabula Academic Unit and registration, which runs until May 16, must be made on the League's website - http://www.ladf.med.br/.

The initiative is aimed at students and health professionals and interested parties. Applicants must bring dressing material (gases, gloves, tape, cotton, etc.) on the day of the symposium, as part of the registration. The material will be sent to the Bahia Association of People with Sickle Cell Disease (ABADFAL).
