The launch of the book “Non-Invasive Neuromodulation – A Functional Approach” was highlighted at the VII International Symposium on Non-Invasive Neuromodulation, held in São Paulo on August 2 and 3, 2025. Coordinated by the editors of the journal Brain Imaging and Stimulation (BIS), professors Abrahão Fontes Baptista, Clarice Tanaka, Kátia Monte-Silva and Katia Nunes Sá, the work brings together contributions from experts in the field and presents fundamental recommendations to guide the clinical practice of neuromodulation in Brazil.

The event, promoted by the NAPeN Network, focused on "Roadmaps for Non-Invasive Neuromodulation in Brazil: Recommendations for Clinical Practice" and brought together researchers and healthcare professionals from different regions of the country and abroad. The program included the presentation of clinical roadmaps, which will serve as decision-making guides for neuromodulation protocols in various fields, reinforcing the commitment to consolidating good clinical and scientific practices.

Teachers and editors of UNTIL, magazine linked to the portal Bahiana Journals, took the lead on various fronts. The symposium's chair and vice-chair were Kátia Monte-Silva and Adriana Leico Oda. Also participating were section editors, editors-in-chief, and the coordinator of the Scientific Communication Center (NUCC), Juliana Goulardins, who worked on the organization and as a speaker.
