The Organizing Committee of the IV National Meeting on Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Health (ENEIS) began preparatory activities for the next edition, which will take place in March 2026. The first meeting took place on June 16, bringing together representatives from SENAI CIMATEC University, BAHIAFARMA, the Álvaro Bahia League Against Infant Mortality and the Pro-Rectorate of Research, Innovation and Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Studies of Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública.

Present were Professor Dr. Bruna Machado and Professor Keize Amparo, from SENAI CIMATEC University; Professor Dr. Luciana Knop and Mrs. Danúbia Leal, representing the Álvaro Bahia League Against Infant Mortality, and Dr. Alzir Mahl, from BAHIAFARMA. For Bahiana, participated Prof. Dr. Atson Fernandes, Provost of Research, Innovation and Stricto Sensu Graduate Studies; Prof. Dr. Diego Menezes, Superintendent of Institutional Relations, as well as members of the NIT, NUPS, NUPI and NUPÓS teams. Promoted biennially by Bahiana, ENEIS aims to strengthen the health innovation ecosystem, promoting coordination between academia, research centers, the productive sector and the government.

The event brings together experts, faculty, researchers, students, investors, public officials, and entrepreneurs, encouraging the creation of collaborative networks and the development of innovative solutions with social and economic impact. The fourth edition of ENEIS will be in partnership with Bahiana, SENAI CIMATEC University, BAHIAFARMA, Álvaro Bahia League Against Infant Mortality, and Fiocruz Bahia. The event is expected to become a strategic space for building partnerships and projects aimed at transforming healthcare in Brazil.
