Bahiana opens registration for the Health Innovation Incubation Program

A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública announces the opening of the selection process for the Health Innovation Incubation Program, an initiative aimed at supporting projects in the minimum viable product improvement phase, with the objective of reaching the final version of the innovative solution and making it viable as a business for society.

The program is implemented through the Technological Innovation Center (NIT), with support from the Maria Emília Foundation, which will finance the investment in the selected projects. Five proposals will be selected and each will receive R$30, which will be allocated to developing the solutions and participating in training and mentoring throughout the 18-month program.

Selection process schedule:

· 07/25/2025, at 6:00 p.m. – Deadline for completing the online form.

· 07/25/2025, at 6:00 p.m. – Deadline for submitting the documents specified in item 8.4 of the notice.

· 08/29/2025 – Disclosure of selected proposals.

· 15/09/2025 – Deadline for formalizing the Commitment Term between the coordinators and FBDC/EBMSP.

October 2025 – Start of the Incubation Program activities.
