Master's students in Psychology and Health Interventions participate in the VII Brazilian Congress of Health Psychology

Students from the Professional Master's in Psychology and Health Interventions and professors from the program participated in the VII Brazilian Congress of Health Psychology, held from May 1st to 3rd, in São Paulo. The event's theme was “Innovations and challenges in health promotion: tackling inequalities and public health emergencies”, aiming to address strategies for health promotion, with a focus on reducing inequalities and tackling public health emergencies, in addition to debates on strengthening health systems and innovations aimed at improving comprehensive well-being and equitable and resilient development.

On the occasion, works developed by the master's students were presented, who, together with the professors, participated in the launch of the book "Psychology in Health: interventions, protocols and care in performance", organized by Ricardo Durães and Janari Pedroso. The book includes results of research carried out within the scope of the Brazilian Association of Health Psychology and has a chapter written by the master's student. Bahiana Camila de Jesus, in partnership with professor Suzane Bandeira, and another authored by Maria Cristina Santana, also a master's student in the Program, co-authored by Renata Amaral and supervised by professor Isabella Queiroz.
