How it works in Bahiana
A Bahiana has adopted practices for the inclusion of people with disabilities (PwD) in its staff since 2006, using the “reverse selection” methodology, “in which people are invited to a mapping of profiles and skills compatible with functions in which they can demonstrate their skills”, explains the People Selection and Development manager at Bahiana, Allana Machado.
