Proceedings of the 3rd ENEIS are released by Pedro & João Editores

The Proceedings of the 3rd National Meeting on Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Health have just been published by Pedro & João Editores, with free download through the publisher's website. The publication brings together the summaries of the works that were selected and presented during the event that took place from April 25 to 27, 2024, bringing together around 250 participants, with the aim of fostering the formation of collaboration networks between academia, research centers, the productive sector and government.

The 3rd ENEIS was carried out by Bahiana and by the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation of the State of Bahia (SECTI), with partners UNEB, the Gonçalo Moniz Institute (FIOCRUZ-BA) and the Integrated Campus of Manufacturing and Technologies (SENAI CIMATEC), with sponsorship from the Pain Therapy Clinic (CTD) and support from the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). To carry out the publication project, the initiative also had the support of the Maria Emília Foundation.

The abstracts published in the book cover the areas of concentration "Entrepreneurship in Health with Social Impact", "Technologies applied to Health", "Innovation in Health Education", "Technological Prospecting in Health" and "Startup/business with social impact in health". "The initiative contributed to the proposition of partnerships, fostering scientific and technological production and favoring the development of projects with the potential to generate innovative products, processes and services in the health area", says the text presenting the book signed by the organizers Atson Fernandes, Bárbara Garcez, Cristiane Dias, Fernanda Ferraz and Luciana Menezes.
