After going through a period of great effort and tension, everyone deserves a moment of relaxation, even if it is just to learn. Thus, the Medicine course created the Gincana da Bahiana, or rather, Ginbah, which reached its 7th edition this semester, promoting the teaching of Human Morphology and First Aid, through fun and dynamic activities. The gymkhana took place last Saturday (26/10), at the Cabula Campus, and had as participants students from the 1st semester who were part of the Magnatas (Blue), Sanguinários (Red), Linfetinhos (Green) and Cirrotics (Yellow) teams. Students from other semesters of the Medicine course also participated as monitors.

In addition to the activities that are already part of the program, this semester's edition brought an innovation, the escape room (a game that consists of escaping from a locked room, solving riddles and puzzles to get out before time runs out), in addition to the School Bahiana of Fine Arts, where the teams presented their battle cry, a parody and a dramatization. "I see Ginbah as a moment of integration and relaxation. In the first semester, we arrive with a lot of expectations and a lot of pressure, because everyone says that the Medicine course is very demanding. So, it is a moment to both attract and show that it can be fun", said Fernanda Pereira, a 5th semester student who participated as a monitor.

Student Alana Gonçalves Santos, a member of the Cirróticos team, says that they have been preparing for the Ginbah since the beginning of the semester. "We have been studying a lot. I think we are well prepared. I never imagined that we would find a gymkhana at college! I believe that this moment contributes to unity and improvisation, which is very necessary. Thinking and acting quickly are skills that are being worked on here today." For Rafael Queiroz, a member of the Linfetinhos team, the gymkhana was a surprise. "The last thing I imagined was having a gymkhana at college! It reminded me a lot of my school days. We are in a semester of adaptation and I think that this integration helps us relax, especially after coming from the entrance exam. Helping us relax in this first semester is very good," says Queiroz.

This semester, the order of winners was:
1. Little Lymphets (Green Team)
2. Cirrhotics (Yellow Team)
3. Tycoons (Blue Team)
4. Bloodthirsty (Red Team)
