Bahiana is recognized as Best Company to Work for in Bahia for the 6th consecutive time

A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública, once again, was the big winner of the 11th edition of the survey carried out by the Great Place to Work consultancy, which awards the best companies to work for in Bahia, whose award ceremony took place this Wednesday (17), at Sala Gabriela do Fera Palace, in Salvador.

A Bahiana won first place in the Large Companies category. In total, the 20 companies that obtained the highest scores according to the regulation criteria were awarded, five of which were small, ten were medium-sized and the other five were large. More than 50 Bahian companies from the most varied sectors participated in this year's survey, totaling 31.616 registered employees.

They represented the Bahiana at the ceremony the vice-rector of the institution, Dr. Humberto Castro Lima Filho, the people and learning manager of the Bahiana (GEPAP), Telma Bastos, the People Development coordinator, Prof. Luiza Ribeiro, as well as representatives of the academic and administrative technical staff. "Getting here was a great journey of 5 years and staying in this place for 6 years has required effort and continuous learning. Identifying our scenarios through research, acting on improvement needs, transforming leaders and teams into protagonists of the environment they desire for you", declared Telma Bastos.
