Coordinator of the Physiotherapy course at Bahiana is honored by the Salvador City Council

The coordinator of the Physiotherapy course at Bahiana, Prof. Dr. Luciana Bilitário, received a tribute at the Salvador City Council, on October 19th, in celebration of 50 years of the regulation of the profession of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. Professors Fleury Ferreira and Ana Lúcia Goes also received the honor.

On the occasion, 15 physiotherapists and occupational therapists were honored. The award was promoted by councilor Duda Sanches, in partnership with the Union of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists of Bahia. At the ceremony, professor Luciana Bilitário highlighted the importance of Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública for the training of professionals in the State and social actions in which the school is a partner with the City Hall.
