The moment Bahiana - Employee Care Actions won first place in the Development category of the Ser Humano Award, an initiative promoted by the Brazilian Association of Human Resources Section Bahia (ABRH-Ba), awarded in a ceremony held on the night of December 6, at the Military Center of Conventions and Accommodations of the Air Force, in Salvador. The award ranks the Time Bahiana to compete for the award at the national level. It was also a finalist in the Performance category for the Financial Education Program at Bahiana: Education and Health First, created by collaborators Itana Rocha, Mariana Cajueiro and Taís Dias dos Santos.
The Ser Humano Award aims to annually recognize the main cases, with a focus on the best practices in people management of companies that are protagonists in the development of the HR ecosystem in Bahia. "These awards show our culture and reaffirm our brand and our focus on caring for people", declared the manager of People and Learning Management at Bahiana (GEPAP), Telma Bastos.
The moment Bahiana was born during the pandemic and was developed by Telma Bastos, Allana Machado and Louise Tango, with the aim of expanding listening and care for the institution's employees through actions, such as meetings, lectures, workshops, etc., which, at the time , were carried out virtually. The initiative extends to the present day with the work of students who carry out workshops and conversation circles with employees, created from needs identified by GEPAP. "We observed several contingencies that we experienced during the pandemic and that are perpetuated today, such as the risk of depression, a lot of anxiety and sequels that were left from this whole process. The Moment Bahiana portrays the partnership we had with our leaders in expanding this attention and care to the employee", points out Telma Bastos.
30 years ago in Bahiana, Professor Bernardo Galvão Castro Filho is recognized for a life dedicated to Health Sciences.
The awards take place on February 10, 2023.
Strategy for employees over 50 will be implemented in 2023.
Participation will be marked by the presentation of the case "The best company to work for in Bahia".
