Physiotherapy student at Bahiana wins 1st place in the XNUMXst Congress of Hospital Physiotherapy at Hospital Geral Roberto Santos

The work "Neuroprotection measures applied to prematurity: literature review" by student Bruna Vital Amado from the 8th semester of the Physiotherapy Course at Bahiana received the 1st place award at the 25st Congress of Hospital Physiotherapy at Hospital Geral Roberto Santos. The event took place in person, on August 26 and XNUMX, at the hospital.

Member of the Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy Research Group at Bahiana (GEPFIR), the academic was guided by Professor Mayana de Azevedo Bião de Souza. The congress program also included lectures by professors from the Bahiana Elen Beatriz Pinto and Marina Makhoul.
