Bahiana grows in Ranking and reaches 19th position in the 2022 GPTW Brazil Award

A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública reaffirms its institutional values ​​by taking 19th place in the National Ranking of Best Company to Work for, in the Large Companies category. The award ceremony took place on the night of October 17 at a ceremony held by Época NEGÓCIOS and Great Place to Work at Espaço Unimed, in São Paulo, with the presence of 1.400 people. 

The 26th edition of the award considered the Bahiana the 19th best company to work for among 70 finalist companies in the large companies category (between 1.000 and 9.999 employees), nationwide. 

"Five years ago we were in the 72nd place and, last year, we reached the 28th place. We grew nine points from one year to the next and this was only possible due to the consistency of our policies and, above all, our actions focused on people. This success demonstrates how true our care is and our culture in which leaders and employees promote the best environment to work in. Congratulations, Bahiana!", celebrated the manager of the Strategic Management of People and Learning (GEPAP), Telma Bastos.
