New from Bahiana 2022.1 reflects on good living and the power of relationships

“Living well and the power of relationships” was the theme of the New from Bahiana 2022.1, held on March 4, with live broadcast on the YouTube of the Institution. In an irreverent and welcoming way, in yet another edition, the reception for freshmen featured a lecture by Professor Carolina Barreto, founder of the NGO Pontos Diverse.

Professors Luiza Ribeiro (people development coordinator), Angélica Mendes (NAPP) and Luciana Oliveira (NUCOM) mediated the event. The course coordinators were also present during the reception meeting for freshmen, which kicked off the academic semester. 

“Living well and the power of relationships are very important, above all, in a context of health crisis, and they have everything to do with health, as they refer to the integral look at the human”, highlighted the speaker Carolina Barreto when talking about the Covid-19 pandemic, which has generated socio-economic and climate impacts around the world.
