Graduates of Biomedicine from Bahiana are approved in a national competition

Graduates of the Biomedicine course at Bahiana Yasmin Cristine Azevedo Pereira e Bruna de Castro Barros were approved in the contest of Sarah Network of Rehabilitation Hospitals for the National Selection of Biomedical Imagenologists. The selection process consisted of objective, practical and discursive tests. 
 
“I am very happy with the approval in the competition, it is certainly a great achievement”, describes Bruna Barros. The biomedic explains that, during training in Bahiana, received incentives and tools that helped it to achieve this result, which also required a lot of effort. “Absolutely, my journey in Bahiana and the support of teachers and colleagues during this period made a difference”, he concludes. 
 
The results of the approval and classification in the tests were released on March 27, 2020, on the institution's website. The call will be announced in the Official Gazette, and vacancies are for Rio de Janeiro and Brasília.

The General Coordination also includes the Distance Learning Nucleus (NEAD), the Educational Technologies Development Center (CEDETE), the Communication and Marketing Nucleus (NUCOM), the Evaluation Committee (CPA) and the Department of Infrastructure (DEPIN).
 In this building are also located the Commercial and People Development, Administrative and Financial, Legal, Communication and Marketing, Institutional Development and Social Impact Business coordinations.

General Coordination

With three pavilions and a modern structure, this campus is located in a central neighborhood of the Bahian capital. Are 9 laboratories, 23 rooms of class e 2 auditoriums to provide the ideal environment for academic and social development. Also on Campus Brotas, students, teachers, employees and the external public have access to a complete library with comfortable facilities and an up-to-date collection. Surrounded by a vast green area, this campus has 20 laboratories, 37 classrooms e 3 auditoriums. The library is also open to the outside community, with comfortable spaces for reading, studying and socializing. The environment has a modern and complete infrastructure, ample parking and social center with cafeteria. The Cabula Campus is also home to the Dental Center of Bahiana, where the Teaching-Care Outpatient Clinic is located, a field of practice for the quality training of dentistry students, from the 4th semester of the course, under the supervision of professors and has ability to serve up to 120 patients simultaneously.
